John Christopher Construction is a $6.2M–$6.5M Southern California general contractor. We self-perform framing, electrical, and plumbing with in-house crews across LA, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

Before Construction Core existed, we ran the same broken workflows every sub runs — foremen texting change orders, invoices sitting unpaid for 60 days, no real visibility on job cost until it was too late to fix anything.

We built these systems for ourselves first. The change order system, the collections agent, the dispatch system — all of it is running live at JCC right now. Not a demo. A deployed production system in a real SoCal GC doing real volume. Our AI estimating tool cut estimating time by 70–80%.

Construction Core exists because the system works — and because every sub and architect in our network has the same problems we used to have. We built this once. We're deploying it for others.
